Woke up at 8 on my morning off =(

Started my day off by waking up to my mom yelling at my brother in the next room because he came home last night at 2, put his gum on the floor, and ate the 2/3 container that was left of seafood salad, while managing to spill about half of that on the floor. I tried to fall back asleep for the next 45 minutes but gave up. Headed downstairs, made some coffee... it was ruined with grounds from the filter folding over, but at least I caught it early and was able to salvage most of it. Played some World of Warcraft. Now it's probably time to be productive, but I don't have to work til 4, sooo... we'll see what happens.

Mi Casa

I enjoyed some oatmeal with milk and cinnamon this morning, as you can see by the lefthand picture. For obvious reasons, I did  not take an action photo with the banana, but you get a nice visual of me chewing away on it.

Sentry

Ah, my former place of employment. Of which I am not sad that I am gone. I always asked for full time, never got full time, and instead they kept hiring part time people. You could have just given me full time with the benefits and it would have cost the same amount as hiring all those part timers. Logic. It escapes upper management. On top of that, when they were scheduling me 12 hours a week during the winter last year, I went and got another job. After this happened, I went and told them I couldn't continue to work there if they were going keep giving me 12 hours a week. Within an hour, I had 36 hours. Then they got mad when I told them I had another job and that those hours wouldn't work. What was I supposed to do? Wait around for hours I would never get? Nah. Eff that.

Anyway, sushi guy always has samples, so clearly I had to stop and get a sushi bite. Kind of unsure what that one was, but it was tasty anyway. Then we had a Delafield Deal going on with some burgers in the meat department. Tasted like meatloaf and was crumbly. No thanks. Burgers and meatloaf are two totally different things. Get it together. Also, if you can't tell, I have zero good things to say about that store, except the fact that it is close to my house.

Back at My House

I only had a short time before I had to go to work at this point, so my brother went and fired up the grill, seasoned the chicken, and we had a feast.

Well my mom made a fantastic salad of greens, feta, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and raspberry vinaigrette. I love that salad. So good. And there you see me enjoying some cajun seasoned chicken. My brother really knows how to grill that bird. It's always so juicy and amazing. I basically love when anyone cooks for me. Don't worry, I will return the favor and cook for you ;)

Nathan's Place

I got home from work at a reasonable hour, so Nathan invited me over to grill. Here is a picture I know you've been waiting for.

Yup. Nice juicy brat. I LOVE BRATS. And a chip. Vidalia onion kettle chip, if you want to be specific. His shoes made a cameo too.
